摘　　要：目的:建立蛇芪清毒颗粒中黄芪甲苷、大黄素含量测定的HPLC方法,以此方法为检测手段,考察在高温下上述2种成分含量变化。方法:将供试品置于密封洁净容器中,在60℃条件下放置10 d,分别在0、5、10 d取样,检测相关指标黄芪甲苷和大黄素的含量。与0 d比较,考察上述成分含量的变化。结果:通过10 d的考察,3批样品中黄芪甲苷和大黄素含量没有明显的变化。结论:蛇芪清毒颗粒在60℃下放置10 d,2种药材黄芪、何首乌中的的指标成分黄芪甲苷、大黄素含量没有明显变化,表明制剂质量较稳定。Objective：To establish Sheqiqingdu Granule of astragaloside Ⅳand emodin content determination of HPLC method,this method for detection means,inspects at high temperatures above second component content changes.Methods：The product;a sealed container,in 30℃ conditions placed ten days,respectively in 0,5,10 days sampling,testing related indexes of astragaloside Ⅳ and emodin content.Compared with 0 days,investigates the above component content changes.Results：Through 10 days,investigate three batches samples of astragaloside Ⅳand emodin showed no significant changes.Conclusion：The Sheqiqingdu Granule in 30℃ placed below 10 days,second kinds of medicinal materials Astragalus root,Radix Polygoni Multiflori of index component of astragaloside Ⅳand emodin showed no significant change,the preparation is stable
