枳实消痞丸治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨枳实消痞丸治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组采用枳实消痞丸治疗,对照组采用枸缘酸莫沙必利治疗。观察两组治疗后临床疗效、临床积分改善情况、复发率及不良反应。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组与对照组有效率分别为83.3%、60.0%(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状积分改善情况比较,治疗组治疗前积分(12.3±3.5)分、治疗后积分为(6.5±3.8)分;对照组分别为(11.5±2.7)分、(8.9±1.9)分;治疗组治疗后积分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组复发率比较,治疗组与对照组1年内复发率分别为33.3%、66.7%(P<0.05)。不良反应比较,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:枳实消痞丸能够调整胃肠功能恢复、改善临床症状、减少复发率、提高生活质量。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Zhishi Xiaopi pill in the treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical curative effect.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,the treatment group treated by Zhishi Xiaopi pill.The control group using citric acid edge mosapride treatment,observed the clinical efficacy,clinical integration to improve the situation,the relapse rate and adverse reaction in the two groups after treatment.Results：The clinical outcomes of the two groups,treatment group and control group were respectively 83.3%,60%（P〈0.05）;two groups after treatment of symptomatic integral improvement situation,treatment group before treatment points（12.3±3.5）,after treatment of integral for（6.5±3.8）;the control group respectively（11.5±2.7）,（8.9±1.9）;the treatment group after treatment with integral was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）;the relapse rate compared two groups,the treatment group and the control group a year recurrence rates were 33.3%,66.7%（P〈0.05）.Comparison of adverse reactions,the treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Zhishi Xiaopi pill has adjusted the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the rate of recurrence,improve the quality of life
