手术配合针刺治疗脑外伤后遗症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察手术配合针刺治疗脑外伤后遗症的疗效。方法:去大骨瓣减压术治疗脑外伤患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组采用一般方法治疗,治疗组结合交替针刺肩髃、肩髎、曲池、风市、血海、阳陵泉等穴位治疗。结果:对比两组治疗前、后疗效,各组自身对照均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而治疗组在治疗后简易智能状态检查量表评分显著升高,在提高定向力、计算力方面疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术配合针刺疗法对脑外伤后遗症有调节经络气血,起到改善患者的定向力、计算力等生活能力的作用。Objective：to observe the effect of large hemicraniectomy and acupuncture treatment of sequelae of traumatic brain injury.Methods：to large hemicraniectomy in the treatment of 40 patients with traumatic brain injury,combined with alternating acupuncture Jianyu,Jianliao,Quchi,Fengshi,Xuehai,Yanglingquan other points,and the control group observed.Results：compared two groups before treatment,after treatment,self-control groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）,while the treatment group after treatment,mini-mental state examination increased significantly in improving the orientation and calculation in effect significantly higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：this method is the adjustment of the disease blood meridian,play to improve the patient’s orientation,ability to calculate the force of life
