摘　　要：生物信息学作为一门最具发展前途的新兴学科，它综合运用了计算机技术、生物技术和信息技术进行科学研究．目的在于揭示大量而复杂的生物数据所包含的生物学意义。近年来生物信息学在医药学研究中发挥了不可替代的作用，为人类疾病的诊断和治疗提供了可能。本文对生物信息学在医药领域中的应用作了概述。Bioinformatics as a most promising emerging science, which combines the use of computer technology, biotechnology and information technology to scientific research. The purpose is to reveal the biological significance which contained in the large and complex biological data. In recent years, bioinformatics research has played an irreplaceablerole inmedicine, which provided a possih｜e for human disease diagnosis and treatment. This paper reviewed the main applications of Bioinformatics in medicine research.
