摘　　要：近期国家针时医院信息化建设出台了许多新政策。病案管理作为医院信息化的一部分，其管理水平必须适应新形势要求。病案管理者要及时发现现阶段工作中存在的不足，调整更新知识结构，主动适应数字化医院病案管理的要求，优化病案管理流程，充分开发利用病案信息资源，开展更深层次的病案统计分析．建立病案质量跟踪检查制度，为医院的现代化管理和科学化决策服务，实现由传统的病案管理向病案的信息化管理转变。加强病案科室管理使之适应时代发展，更有效的发挥病案的作用，是病案管理人员的重要责任。Recently our government has set out many new policies on hospital informationization construction. As part of the hospital informationization,the level of medical records management must adapt to the new situation requirement. Medical record management should find the defect existing in the work at present in time, adjust and renew knowledge structure, initiatively meet the requirements of digital hospital medical records management, optimize medical record management process, fully develop and make use of medical record information resources, carry out a deeper level of medical record statistieal analysis and establish medical record quality tracking examination system to serve the modern management and scientific decision-making of hospital.The function of medical record department also must be changed from traditional medical records management to record informationization management. Strengthen the management of medical record department to adapt the development of the times and more effectively make use of medical record which is the important responsibility of medical records administrators.
