湿润烧伤膏防治鼻咽癌放疗皮肤损伤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏减轻放疗引起的皮肤损伤的效果。方法选择80例鼻咽癌接受放射性治疗的患者进行随机分组作对照研究。实验组每天放疗前给予放疗部位皮肤先涂湿润烧伤膏再接受放疗；对照组放疗部位皮肤清洁后直接接受放疗。结果实验组放射性皮肤损伤发生率明显低于对照组，损伤程度明显轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论湿润烧伤膏可有效减轻放射性治疗对局部皮肤的损伤。Objective MEBO reduce skin damage caused by radiation effects. Methods 80 cases of nasopharyngeal carc, inonm patients receiving radiotherapy were randomized for control study. Experimental group, part of a day before radiotherapy in the radiotherapy of skin first and then coated with MEBO radiotherapy; the control group directly after radiotherapy in your skin clean and radiotherapy. Results The incidence of radiation- induced skin damage was significantly lower than the control group, damage was lighter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion MEBO is effective in reducing radiation therapy on local skin injury.
