逍遥散抗抑郁有效部位指纹图谱归属分析

摘　　要：目的建立逍遥散抗抑郁有效部位的HPLC指纹图谱,研究复方与组方药材指纹图谱色谱峰相关性。方法采用HPLC-UV方法,建立逍遥散有效部位及各药材在275 nm检测波长下的指纹图谱,以色谱峰保留时间为考察指标,对复方指纹图谱色谱峰归属进行分析。结果成功建立了逍遥散复方有效部位的HPLC指纹图谱,标示出27个共有峰并对其进行了归属分析。结论该指纹图谱为阐明有效部位的药效物质基础提供科学依据,为下一步的临床应用以及新药的开发提供参考。Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of antidepressant fraction of Xiaoyaosan,and to study the correlation between fingerprint peaks of Xiaoyaosan and its relevant herbs.Methods The chromatographic fingerprints of the effective fraction and the relevant fractions of its herbs were configured by HPLC/UV analysis.The correlation was evaluated with retention time as indices at the wavelength of 275 nm.Results The fingerprint of antidepressant fraction of Xiaoyaosan was successfully established and 27 common fingerprint peaks were indicated.Conclusion The fingerprint of antidepressant fraction of Xiaoyaosan is helpful to state pharmacodynamic material foundation.
