摘　　要：本文分析了12例肝肾综合征病人的临床特点和治疗。笔者认为:大量顽固性腹水、少尿、严重肝功能异常及水电解质紊乱、碱血症、低血钠症是肝肾综合征的临床特点。同时指出,在治疗过程中,防止“医药干予过度”The clinical data of 12 cases with hepatorenal syndrome(HRS)admitted from October 1984 to May 1989 in our hospital are analyzed.The result shows that large volume and refractory ascitie fluid,oliguria and severe liver function and water el- ectrolyte disturbance,alkalemia are the features of HRS.The authors suggest during treatment to prevent excessive medicine trouble is important and can't be overlooked.
