摘  要:目的探讨脾虚对小鼠比目鱼肌形态和功能的影响。方法采用力竭游泳加剥夺睡眠的方法塑造脾虚模型,运用免疫组织化学方法测定小鼠比目鱼肌Ⅰ,Ⅱ型肌纤维的横截面积及比例,用PowerLab系统测定比目鱼肌等张收缩和强直收缩的最大张力。结果脾虚小鼠的体重体温均明显降低,比目鱼肌横截面积变小,Ⅰ,Ⅱ型肌纤维比例无显著性变化,等张收缩张力和强直收缩张力明显下降,脏器指数均低于正常组。结论脾虚可导致小鼠比目鱼肌发生明显萎缩,肌肉收缩力量明显降低。Aim To observe the effect of spleen deficiency on the configuration and function of soleus. Methods The spleen deficiency model was established by swimming and sleep deprived; the cross sectional area (CSA) of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ fibers, relative proportion of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ fibers were measured by immunohistochemical method; and the peak isotonic twitch tension and maximum titanic tension of soleus were detected. Results Compared with the control group, the body weight, body temperature of deficiency of spleen group decrease; the CSA, peak isotonic twitch tension, maximum titanic tension of soleus reduce ; the transformation from type Ⅰ to type Ⅱ has no remarkable change ; the viscera index decline. Conclusion The deficiency of spleen can lead to remarkable soleus and muscle tension reduction. atrophy
