丝绸之路沿线国内城市竞合战略研究

摘　　要：目的剖析丝绸之路沿线国内城市发展竞争力,研究沿线城市合作发展途径。方法用主成分分析和聚类分析方法结合,对沿线30个城市的经济、基础设施、科技文化、对外开放、环境等5方面竞争力进行了分析。结果沿线城市按照单项竞争力和综合竞争力分为5类,西安市作为沿线核心城市,在科技实力、对外开放方面的绝对优势提升其综合竞争力。兰州、乌鲁木齐是有较强竞争力的次核心,宝鸡、西宁、克拉玛依等城市具有中等竞争力,其余城市竞争力稍弱。结论建立竞合关系,激发竞争,加速生产要素整合流动,提升沿线区域的国际竞争力,是最重要的战略选择。Aim To analyze the cities＇ competitiveness along the Silk Road in China, and to study the development path through the cities＇ cooperation. Methods The PCA （principal component analysis ） and Cluster Analysis method are used to sort and analyze the thirty cities＇ competitiveness in terms of economy, infrastructure, the quali- ty of culture, foreign trade, the environmental and so on. Results on the individual and integrated competitiveness situation. As the Thirty cities are categorized into 5 groups based core city along the road, the integrated eompeti- tiveness of Xi＇an City is promoted by its scientific and technological strength and the absolute advantage in opening to outside world. Lanzhou and Urumchi are the second-layer core cities along the road. Baoji, Xining, Karamay and other three cities stand in the middle along the road because of one or two aspects are relatively good. The oth- ers are relatively weaker in competitiveness. Conclusion Building cooperation and competition relationship is very significant in cities along the Silk Road, which will encourage competitive cooperative consciousness and action, accelerate resource and production elements flowing, world, that is the keycooperative strategy toincrease rvorld. promote the whole competitiveness of the silk Road to outside the whole silk roadcom petitive strengthag ainst the outside
