胰管结石的诊断与治疗(附5例报告)

摘　　要：本文报告5例胰腺结石,1例弥漫于胰头颈部,2例在胰管内,2例胰管结石涉及胆总管并出现黄疸。腹部X线平片及ERCP可确诊。手术是主要治疗方法,可有保留幽门的胰十二指肠切除术,胰管—空肠吻合术、胰腺—空肠吻合术等。并对误诊原因、诊断、临床类型及治疗进行讨论。In the article five cases with pancreatic stone are reported, one case spreads all over the head and neck of pancres, two cases are in pancreatic duct and another two cases in pancretic duct stone which involves in common choledochous duct and produces jaundice. Pancreatic duct stone is diagnosed with x-ray film of abdomen and ERCP. The opration is the main curing type which has reservation of the pylorus in pancreaticoduodenectomy, pancreaticojejunostomy, pancreatojejunostomy etc. The erroneus diagnostic causes, diagnosis, clinical types tes and surgical treatments of the pancreatic duct stones have also been discussed.
