摘 要:目的了解北京市怀柔区农村中小学生血红蛋白分布及低血红蛋白发病情况,为促进其生长发育提供科学依据。方法采用上下午随机抽样的方法,采集怀柔区农村1 076名中小学生的无名指血,使用WHO推荐的氰化高铁血红蛋白测定法。结果在接受检测的1 076名中小学生中,贫血的发病率为4.18%,14岁年龄组贫血率明显高于其他年龄组,为6.09%,其中女生贫血率(11.01%)高于男生(1.65%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.781,P<0.01)。结论贫血对中小学生生长发育有影响,应采取综合积极的干预措施。[Objective]To study the hemoglobin distribution and incidence of low hemoglobin in rural primary and middle school students in Huairou district of Beijing,provide a scientific basis for promoting their growth and development. [Methods]The blood samples were collected from ring finger of 1076 primary and middle school students in rural area of Huairou district,and the cyanide methemoglobin method that WHO recommended were applied. [Results]Among 1076 primary and middle school students,the incidence rate of anemia was 4.18%.The anemia rate of 14-year-old age group(6.09%) was significantly higher than that of other age groups.The anemia rate of girls(11.01%) was higher than that of boys(1.65%) significantly(χ2=8.781,P〈0.01). [Conclusion]The anemia has adverse effect on the growth and development of primary and middle school students,and it is necessary to carry out the active intervention measures
