非化脓性中耳炎80例纯音听力计检查分析

摘　　要：本文主要将非化脓性中耳炎80例分为鼓室积液组(A组)和鼓室无积液组(B组)各40例进行纯音听力测听。两组经初步观察,治疗前后听力曲线,语言频率平均数(500HZ、1KHZ、2KHZ)提高最大值A组31dB,B组30dB,两组近似相等。在听力计测听80例当中,作者将听力曲线分为四类;此四形听力曲线与非化脓性中耳炎发病过程一致。In the paper non-purulent ctitis media were divided into two groups (40 cases respectively). We have made a comparisn between middle ear fluid(A) and non-fluid (B) with pure tone audiometry. It suggests that the speech frequency thresholds improve 31 dB (A. max), 30 dB (B. max), 11 dB(A. min) and 10dB (B. rain). The Results are very identical in two groups, patients are all treared. In 80 cases undergone audiemetry, audiemetry curves are divided into four. The curves are very same as improved course of diseases. The curves are discussed.
