摘 要:目的:用静态染毒柜进行正己烷染毒,研究染毒柜内正己烷浓度变化与时间关系。方法:分别在染毒后0、60、120、180和240min吸取静态染毒柜中的气体,用气相色谱仪测定正己烷浓度。结果:低剂量正己烷(2.Og/m^3)在染毒O~180min内浓度相对较稳定,不同时间段正己烷浓度没有显著性差别(P〉0.05),直到240埘n时浓度才有明显下降(P〈0.05)。中剂量正己烷(10.0g/m0)在染毒0~60min时间浓度变化较小(P〉0.05),120min时浓度明显下降(P〈0.05),但120~180min浓度又趋于稳定。高剂量正己烷(50.0g/m0)染毒,其浓度随染毒时间延长明显下降,各检查点浓度都有显著性差别(P〈0.05)。结论:使用静态染毒框染毒低剂量正己烷浓度能维持较长时间的恒定,中剂量维持浓度恒定时问较短,高剂量正已烷染毒不适合用静态染毒柜。Object: To study on the temporal change of n- hexane concentration in static exposure cabinets. Methods: The n - hexane concentrations at different times (0 rain, 60 min, 120 min, 180 min and 240 rain) in static exposure cabinets were determined respectively by gas chromatography, after the static exposure cabinets were filled with different concentrations of n - hexane(2 g/ma , 10 g/m3, 50 g/m3), Results. The n- hexane concentrations were stable from 0min to 180 rain in the cabinets filled with a eoneentions of 2 g/m3. Until 240 min, The n- hexane concentrations were significantly decreased. However, in the cabinets with a coneentions of 10 g/ma, The n - hexane concentrations were stable between 0min and 60 rain. The duration of stable concentrations was short. Moreover, in the cabinets with a coneentions of 50 g/m3, the n- hexane concentrations were instability and decreased obviously with times from 0 min to 240 rain. Conclusion: The static exposure cabinets are suitable for exposure experiments to n - hexane with low concentration( e.g. 2 g/m3).
