摘　　要：本文采用兔子巩膜修补鼓膜穿孔27例,33耳。观察了移植物存活情况。结果表明:33耳中28耳穿孔愈合。听力提高到正常范围者占93.9％。2耳无效。With the selera of rabbit, 33 ears of 27 cases with myringa perforation were repaired. The result of the surbival condition of graft shows that the perforation of 28/33 ears is healing and the hearing level of 93.9％ ears rises to the normal range. The other 2 ears is not cured.
