五磨饮子治疗腹部手术后胃肠功能障碍疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察五磨饮子治疗腹部手术后胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将96例腹部手术后胃肠功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例;治疗组给予五磨饮子加减治疗,对照组给予多潘立酮片治疗,疗程7天。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为79.2%,两组总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组的排气和排便恢复时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论五磨饮子能促进腹部手术后胃肠功能的恢复。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Wumo Decoction＂ in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction following abdominal operations. Methods Ninety-six subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 48 cases were treated with ＂Wumo Decoction＂ and control group in which 48 cases were treated with Domperidone, with a course of 7 days. Results The overall effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and 79.2% in the control group, with a difference between them （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the time of gas and defecation was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂Wumo Decoction＂ helps restore the gastrointestinal function following abdominal operations.
