试论西藏文化产业发展的战略转型——兼论西藏高校参与文化产业打造的意义

摘　　要：西藏以独特、丰富的自然、文化资源优势发展旅游业,创造了明显的经济效益,带动了文化产业的发展,但在旅游开发的持续推进中,也存在种种令人深思的问题。实施文化产业"外向型"发展的战略有助于克服旅游业为主导的文化产业发展对西藏生态的破坏,做到西藏社会经济可持续发展。西藏高校积极参与文化产业的打造,可以发挥其技术支持和人才培养的优势,同时还能创造高等学校毕业生就业岗位,缓解西藏高校毕业生就业压力,促进西藏高校教育质量的提高。The prosperous development of Tibet＇s tourism owes to its unique and various natural and cultural resources,which has significance on the economic benefit as well as the development of cultural industry in Tibet.However,as the tourism develops,some problems arise.To adopt an ＂extravert＂ development strategy will prevent the threat posed by cultural industry on Tibet＇s ecology and maintain the sustainable development of Tibet＇s society and economy.An active participation of higher education institutes of Tibet in building the cultural industry can bring its technique and talent support into full play,and at the same time create more job opportunities for its graduates and promote the quality of higher education in Tibet.
