摘　　要：介绍了采用S7-300 PLC作为控制器实现的工业型煤自动化生产线。详细描述了造气型煤的生产工艺流程、系统功能、PLC的硬件配置以及软件设计。该生产线实现了工业型煤生产过程中工艺设备的自动化运行,提高效率,减少了故障。An automatic production line for industrial coal based on Siemens S7-300 PLC is introduced in this paper.The industrial coal production process,system function,configuration of PLC hardware and software design is described in detail.In this automatic production line,all the equipments run automatically,with less breakdown and higher efficiency.
