接触锰作业对职业人群血压与心电图的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨长期高浓度锰暴露职业人群血压及心电图的改变。进一步了解接触锰作业对职工健康损害的机制,为保护接触锰烟尘作业职工身体健康提供理论依据。方法某局桥梁厂男性电焊工65人作为锰接触组,另选择该厂不接触锰烟尘及其他有害物质的行政、后勤人员65名作为对照组。采用问卷现场调查及环境监测,测量血压及描记心电图的方法。结果 2组职工心率、心电图和血压与对照组比较,锰接触组心率明显加快,P-R间期明显缩短,QRS波明显变宽,工龄5~10 a组和10 a以上组T波增高;锰接触组舒张压均值降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论长期较高浓度锰暴露对男工心功能有一定的影响。[Objective]To investigate the changes of blood pressure and ECG of occupational groups with long-term exposure to high concentrations of manganese,to further learn about the mechanism of its injury to the health of workers,and provide theoretical basis for the health protection of workers exposed to manganese dust.[Methods]65 male welders from a bureau＇s bridge factory were selected as the manganese exposure group,and another 65 individuals from administration and services departments without manganese exposure were selected as the control group.A questionnaire on-site investigation,environmental monitoring and measurement of blood pressure and ECG tracings methods were adopted.[Results]The comparison of the heart rate,ECG and blood pressure of the 2 groups indicated that the heart rate of exposure group increased significantly,P-R interval was significantly shorter,QRS wave widened obviously,T wave of exposure group with 5 year length of service and 10 year length of service was heightened;the mean diastolic blood pressure of exposure group was lower,the difference was significant,compared with control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Long-term high-concentrations manganese exposure has certain impact on cardiac function of male workers.
