摘　　要：目的调查烟台市食品从业人员（包括食品生产加工、餐饮服务及公共场所）戊型肝炎病毒（HEV）感染情况,为从业人员健康检查标准制定和从业人员戊肝（HE）的预防和控制提供依据。方法对2010年6—7月份进行预防性健康检查的食品生产加工、餐饮服务及公共场所从业人员调查既往戊肝患病史,采集5 m l静脉血,分离血清,检测丙氨酸转氨酶、抗HEV-IgG、抗HEV-IgM。结果调查812人,HEV感染率为24.01%,丙氨酸转氨酶均在正常范围内,抗HEV-IgG阳性率为22.78%,女性高于男性,40岁~年龄组高于其他年龄组。食品生产加工从业人员高于餐饮服务人员和公共场所服务人员。抗HEV-IgM阳性率1.23%。结论提示烟台市食品从业人员存在HEV排毒,可能威胁公共健康安全,建议应对从业人员健康检查的标准进行修订。[Objective]To investigate the infection status of HEV among employees in food trade（including food processing,catering trade and public place）,provide basis for making the standard of physical examinations for employees,in order to prevent and control hepatitis E.[Methods]The history of hepatitis E was investigated in food trade employees who had received the preventive physical examinations from June to July 2010.Collect 5 ml venous blood,separate blood serum and test ALT,anti-HEV IgG and anti-HEV IgM.[Results]812 people were investigated,and the HEV infection rate was 24.01%.The levels of ALT were all within the normal range.The positive rate of anti-HEV IgG was 22.78%,the positive rate of female was higher than that of male,and the positive rate in the over 40 years age group was the highest.The positive rate of employees in food processing was higher than that of employees in catering trade and public place.The positive rate of anti-HEV IgM was 1.23%.[Conclusion]The results indicated that there was HEV transmission from food trade employees in Yantai city,which could threaten the public health.It is suggested that standard of physical examinations for employees should be further revised.
