十堰市2004—2010年其他感染性腹泻病流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的分析十堰市其他感染性腹泻病流行现状,为预防控制该类传染病提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对十堰市2004—2010年其他感染性腹泻病报告发病情况进行分析。结果年平均报告发病率为38.96/10万,病例以散居儿童为主,0~2岁年龄组报告发病较多,夏季多见。结论目前这类疾病的诊断和报告仍存在一定的问题,应提高传染病诊断水平和增强传染病报告意识,以达到及时准确地报告其他感染性腹泻病的目的 。[Objective]To analyze the epidemical situation of other infectious diarrhea in Shiyan city,provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of the diseases.[Methods]The data of other infectious diarrhea in Shiyan city from 2004 to 2010 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method.[Results]The annual average reported incidence was 38.96/lakh.Most of patients were scattered children,and cases occurred mainly in children aged 0~2 years.Summer was peak season.[Conclusion]There are some problems in the diagnosis and report of other infectious diarrhea at present.It is necessary to improve the diagnosis level and strengthen the reporting consciousness of infectious diseases,so as to report other infectious diarrhea timely and accurately.
