摘　　要：介绍了宝山钢铁股份有限公司采用一贯制制管技术开发的X80钢级Φ1219mm系列UOE直缝埋弧焊管的性能特点及应用情况。分析、检测及应用表明,所开发的X80钢级焊管C含量超低、Mn和Nb含量较高且显微组织细小,具有较高的强度、韧性及良好的焊接性,能满足西气东输二线管道工程的技术条件要求。Elaborated are the property characteristics and application effectiveness of the X80 Ф1 219 mm series UOE SAWL pipes as developed by Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. by means of the consistent system manufacturing technology. Relevant analysis, measurements and application result demonstrate that the said X80 pipes have the advantages as extremely low C content, rather high contents of Mn and Nb, fine microstructure, high strength and toughness as well as excellent weldability, being satisfactory to the technical criteria as specified for the project of No. 2 Pipe Line under the general project of the West-East Natural Gas Transmission Project.
