摘  要:[目的]探讨索拉非尼联合表阿霉素对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖抑制作用。[方法]绘制MCF-7细胞生长曲线并在第14d检测其体外克隆形成率;MTT法测定72h时索拉非尼及表阿霉素单用与联用对MCF-7细胞的增殖抑制率。[结果]细胞生长曲线显示MCF-7细胞第1~4d生长速度较快,第4d后生长速度减慢,第10d后生长趋于停滞;第14dMCF-7细胞的克隆形成率为37.2%。在72h时间点,索拉非尼及表阿霉素单药对MCF-7均有抑制作用,两药联合则为协同或相加作用。[结论]索拉非尼和表阿霉素对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖有抑制作用,联合用药表现出协同或相加作用。[Purpose] To investigate the inhibitory effect of sorafenib combined with epirubicin (EPI) on the proliferation in breast cancer MCF-7 cells. [Methods] The growth curve of MCF-7 cells and cloning efficiency on 14th day was detected. The inhibitory effect of sorafenib,EPI and sorafenib+EPI treatment on MCF-7 proliferation in vitro was assessed by MTT assay at 72h. [Results] The growth curve showed that the growth velocity of MCF-7 cells was fast at the 1st^4th day,but slowed down after the 4th day,and stayed at a standstill after the 10th day. The cloning efficiency on 14th day of MCF-7 cells was 37.2%. Sorafenib and EPI both significantly inhibited the proliferation of MCF-7 cells at 72h, showing a synergistic effect of combination. [Conclusion] Sorafenib and EPI can inhibite the proliferation of MCF-7 cells. Sorafenib and EPI play a synergistic effect in inhibiting MCF-7 cells proliferation.
