摘 要:以季铵化合物中最具潜在影响力、毒性较大的苄基季铵盐(BAC)为模型物,进行了BAC对好氧活性污泥吸附Ni2+的影响研究。结果表明,当反应液初始pH≤3时,不同浓度的BAC对好氧活性污泥吸附Ni2+的影响较小,当初始pH在3~9时,不同浓度的BAC对Ni2+吸附的抑制影响顺序为100mg/L>20mg/L>0mg/L;准二级动力学方程能较好地反映好氧活性污泥对Ni2+的吸附过程;无论反应液中是否存在BAC,Langmuir方程均能对Ni2+的吸附过程进行良好拟合,且无论反应液中是否存在BAC,好氧活性污泥均表现出对Ni2+的较强吸附亲和力;好氧活性污泥对Ni2+的吸附量随着反应液KCl摩尔浓度的增加(即离子强度增加)而减少,当离子强度增加到一定程度时,Ni2+的吸附量出现饱和,且BAC对污泥吸附Ni2+的抑制作用增强。The benzalkonium chlorides(BAC) was selected as representative quaternary ammonium compounds(QACs) to investigate the effect of QACs on adsorption characters of Ni2+ onto activated aerobic sludge.It was showed that when initial pH was less than 3,the adsorption capacity of Ni2+ onto activated aerobic sludge was low and scarcely correlated with the BAC concentration;when initial pH was ranged 3-9,the influence of different concentrated BAC on adsorption capacity followed the order of 100 mg/L20 mg/L0 mg/L.The adsorption process followed pseudo second-order kinetic model well;whether BAC was in presence or not,aerobic activated sludge presented perfect adsorption affinity to Ni2+,and the adsorption process could be well fitted by Langmuir adsorption model.It was found that the adsorption capacity was decreased with increasing the molar concentration of KCl,when the ion strength was increase to a certain extent,the Ni2+ adsorption achieve a state of saturation and the inhibition effect of BAC to adsorption was increased.
