摘　　要：针药结合是在辨证审因确立治法之后,依据患者具体病情以及针药的不同特长,针对同一患者的同一病证,同时运用针灸和方药的辨证施治模式。辨证用药和辨证取穴都是通过调整人体阴阳气血平衡以达到防治疾病的目的,二者在本质上是一致的,因此,方剂君臣佐使的组方配伍理论同样适用于指导"针药结合"治疗模式的构建,据此提出"针药配伍"的概念。Combination of acupuncture and drugs is a kind of pattern of identification and treatment with using of acupuncture and herbs at the same time,which is applied to the established therapies based on syndrome differentiation according to the patient detailed disease and different special skill of acupuncture and drugs. Using of drug and selection of acupuncture point according to the identification of syndrome can prevent and treat disease by adjusting balance of Yin and Yang,Qi and blood in the body. They are no different in essence. Thus,we can use the theory of formula compatibility of monarch,minister,assistant and guide to guide and construct the treatment pattern of ＂combination of acupuncture and drugs＂. In view of the above,it is proposed the concept of ＂compatibility of acupuncture and drugs＂.
