摘　　要：在北宋与西夏的军事对峙中,环、庆、原诸州处于最前沿,经常受到西夏铁骑的进攻。为了巩固边防,北宋政府注意加强环、庆、原诸州的防御体系建设,主要采取了驻扎军队、修筑堡寨、实行兵民结合、加强与附近州的军事策应等措施。Being at the forefront, the Huanzhou, Qingzhou and Yuanzhou of North Song Dynasty frequently suffered the attack of Xixia cavalry. To consolidate border defense, the government adopted many measures in the three counties, such as the presence of the army, the construction of forts, the implementation of soldiers with the people and the coordination with other nearby prefectures.
