摘　　要：根据黑龙江省高新区竞争力发展现状,分析了影响高新区竞争力发展的众多因素,在此基础上提出了多种提升其竞争力的对策和建议,对高新区整体水平的提升具有重要意义。According to the competition development of high-tech zone of Heilongjiang,the paper analyzes the factors which influence the competition development of the high-tech zones,and points out many strategies and suggestions to promote the competition,so as to have the important significance for the promotion of the general competition of high-tech zones.
