摘　　要：从旅游管理案例库开发建设的意义入手,阐述了案例遴选的原则,即客观真实性、明确目的性、典型性和时空性,以及案例库开发应遵循的程序:案例收集—案例编写—系统功能完善,最后指出高校、旅游企业、行政部门三方应加强合作,推进案例库的本土化建设,并维护案例库的可持续发展。To begin with the meaning of development and construction of tourism management case library,it describes the case selection principle including objective reality,identified purpose,typicality and space and time,and also expounds the case library development procedures： case collection-case compilation-system function perfecting.In the end,it proposes three parts of college,tourism enterprise and administrative department should enhance cooperation,promote the localization construction of case library,and maintain the sustainable development of case library.
