超重及肥胖患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在超重及肥胖患者中,血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化及意义。方法 43例正常体重人群和36例超重及肥胖患者,常规测量血压、体重、身高,计算体重指数,抽取空腹静脉血检测其血糖、血脂、空腹胰岛素、C-肽、TNF-α,用稳态模型计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果与正常体重人群相比,在超重及肥胖者中,收缩压、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹胰岛素、TNF-α水平均高于正常体重组(P<0.05)。在超重及肥胖患者中,血清TNF-α水平均与体重指数、空腹胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗指数正相关。结论在超重及肥胖人群中,血清TNF-α水平增高并与体重指数正相关,超重及肥胖与炎症密切相关。Objective To explore the serum levels of TNF-α in over-weight and obesity persons. Methods All 43 cases with normal-weight and 36 over-weight and obesity persons were taken fasting blood samples for measurements of plasma glucose, plasma lipids, insulin, TNF-α , insulin resistance was assayed by the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance （ HOMA-IR ） formula. Results The concentrations of TNF-α in cases with over-weight and obesity were significant higher than those in the normal- weight cases （P 〈 0.05 ）. Pearson relation analysis showed that serum TNF- α concentrations were positively and significantly correlated with body mass index, fasting insulin and HOMA-IR. Conclusion The levels of serum TNF-α were higher in over-weight and obesity patients, and closely correlated with body mass index, fasting insulin and HOMA-IR.
