摘  要:目的探讨64层螺旋CT及计算机X线摄影在茎突综合征中的临床应用价值。方法对31例(49侧)临床诊断为茎突综合征的患者进行计算机X线摄影及64层螺旋CT扫描,并测量茎突的长度和内倾角。结果 31例(49侧)临床确诊茎突综合征患者中,CR术前考虑29例(45侧),64层螺旋CT术前考虑31例(49侧)。结论 CR技术应用于茎突摄影具有一定的价值,但它不能避免X线影像重叠,不能准确地测量茎突的长度。64层螺旋CT,能更加全面逼真地显示茎突的影像,为临床的诊断及治疗提供更有力的支持。Objective To investigate the clinical value in diagnosis styloid process syndrome by 64-slice spiral CT and computed Radiography Method: 31 patients (49 sides) clinical diagnosis of styloid process syndrome with CR and 64-slice spiral CT scan, then measure the length and the angle of the styloid. Results 31 patients (49 sides) styloid process syndrome in patients with clinically confirmed, CR considered before surgery in 29 cases (45 sides), 64-slice spiral CT before surgery consider 31 cases (49 sides) .Conclusion CR in photography styloid has some value, but it can not avoid the duplication of X-ray image ,and can not accurately measure the length of the styloid. 64-slice spiral CT, can be more realistically display styloid length ,and provide stronger support for clinical diagnosis and treatment
