摘　　要：目的探讨泌尿外科感染原因与解决对策。方法回顾分析我科住院病人感染的原因。结果提高泌尿外科科室的硬件水平,加强医疗队伍的自身建设,严格掌握导尿和留置导尿管的适应症,合理使用抗生素,综合改良医护手段。结论彻底降低了泌尿外科的感染率。Objective To explore reasons of urological surgical infections and solutions. Methods Review hospital patients infected reasons. Results Improved the hardware level urology department, strengthened medical team＇s self construction, strictly mastered the urethral catheterization and detaining urethral catheter indications reasonably used of antibiotics, comprehensive improved health care means. Conculsion To reduce urology infection rates.
