限制式探视制度在ICU病房管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨限制式探视制度在ICU病房管理中的应用方法和效果。方法在ICU病房管理中实施限制式探视制度,内容包括探视的时间和人员的管理、限制式探视制度介绍、做好消毒隔离工作和提高护士业务能力等。结果患者家属的满意度从82.3%上升到94.5%。结论开展ICU限制性探视既能满足患者和家属情感和精神的需求,又能充分发挥家属的积极作用,从而促进患者的身心健康。Objective To explore the effect of limited visits on the ICU management.Methods The visit-limited system was applied,including the management of visiting time and visitors,introduction of limited visiting system,sterilization and isolation,and enhancement of nurse＇s profession.Result The satisfaction rate of the patient＇s family members was raised from 82.3% to 94.5%.Conclusion The enforcement of limited visits system not only meets the emotional and mental needs of the patient＇s family members,but brings them into full play so that it promotes the physical and mental health.
