摘　　要：目的:探索加权秩和比法综合评价在妇幼卫生管理中的应用。方法:采用加权秩和比法对某市10区(县)的2010年妇幼卫生工作质量进行综合评价。结果:10个区(县)被划分成3个等级:编号为2、9区(县)妇幼工作质量为优,编号为1、3、5、6、7、8、10区(县)妇幼工作质量为中,编号为4区(县)妇幼工作质量为差。结论:加权秩和比法综合应用能对妇幼卫生工作质量做出客观的全面评价,科学地反映妇幼卫生工作质量。Objective： To explore the application of weighted rank sum ratio （WRSR） method in comprehensive evaluation of maternal and child health management. Methods： WRSR method was used to evaluate the quality of maternal and child health work comprehensively in 10 districts （counties） of a certain city in 2010. Results： 10 districts （counties） were divided into three degrees： the quality of maternal and child health work in the districts （counties） numbered 2 and 9 was excellent; the quality of maternal and child health work in the districts （counties） numbered 1,3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 was medium ; the quality of maternal and child health work in the district or county numbered 4 was bad. Conclusion： Comprehensive application of WRSR method can evaluate the quality of maternal and child health work objectively and roundly, reflect it scientifically.
