摘  要:目的:探讨神经内分泌-免疫调节网络在儿童腮腺炎病毒性脑炎合并胰腺炎中的作用及意义。方法:对23例腮腺炎病毒性脑炎合并胰腺炎患儿临床病例分析并进行血清及脑脊液中IL-1、TNF-α的水平检测。结果:患儿血清及脑脊液中IL-1、TNF-α的水平明显高于对照组。结论:神经-免疫-内分泌系统参与儿童腮腺炎病毒性脑炎合并胰腺炎的病理过程,为临床上早期给予大剂量激素治疗提供了有力证据。Objective : To explore the effect and significance of neuroendocrine - immunoregulatory network in children with mumps, viral encephalitis combined with pancreatitis. Methods : The clinical data of 23 children with mumps, viral encephalitis combined with pancreatitis were analyzed, the levels of IL - 1 and TNF - a in serum and eerebrospinal fluid were detected. Results: The levels of IL - 1 and TNF - a in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of children with mumps, viral encephalitis combined with panereatitis were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion : Nerval - immune - endocrine system participates in the pathological process of mumps, viral encephalitis combined with pancreatitis in children, which provides a strong evidence for large - dosage hormonal therapy during the early clinical stage.
