摘 要:湿性愈合疗法是指在无菌条件下,湿润有利于创面上皮细胞形成,促进肉芽组织生长和创面愈合。与传统干性愈合疗法相比,湿性愈合理论具有无可比拟的优越性,可防止结痂及瘢痕的形成,为创面提供最好的湿润环境。近几年来国内外的研究都表明了其科学性与可行性,因此湿性愈合疗法的临床应用也越来越受重视。本文就其临床应用作一综述。Moist wound healing'which means that under aseptic condition, the humidification environment is in favour of epithelial cells formation promotes granulation tissue growth and heals the wound surface. Comparing with the traditional dryness wound healing therapy, the theory of moist wound healing treatment has advancements beyond comparison, for preventing incrustation or cicatrix from forming, providing the best situation for the surface of a wound. Domestic and overseas studies of recent years prove the seientificalness and feasibility of moist wound healing, therefore more and more atteution are paid to its clinical application that this paper focus on.
