弧形切开造口治疗前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿的治疗方法。方法:采用弧形切口,切开引流前庭大腺囊液或脓液,观察比较试验组与对照组的手术时间、术中出血量、性生活不适及术后复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果:试验组与对照组比较有效率均100%,试验组疗效优于对照组。结论:前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿弧形切口造口术有利于(囊)脓液引流通畅,使(囊)脓肿愈合快。Objective ： toexplore the treatment of bartholin＇s gland abscess. Methodsd：rainage of bartholin＇s gland abscess after curved incision were taken. The number of daysof healing, economic cost, efficiency with metronidazole and gentamicin, were compared between the experimental and contrd group. Results ： The effective rate of the experimental group and control group were 100%. There is better in experimental group than in the control group. Conclusions：Curved incision of is good for Bartholin＇s gland abscess drainage. Washing by gentamicin solution can effectively control pathogen＇ s growth and healing.
