冠脉造影术前超声测量主动脉内径对造影导管选择的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨行冠状动脉造影术(CAG)中造影导管型号与超声测量主动脉内径之间的关系。方法:对101例行CAG患者进行回顾分析,术前超声心动图准确测量主动脉根部(AO)、升主动脉(AAO)近段内径,将测值与CAG中实际采用的造影导管型号大小进行比较对照和相关性分析。结果:术前超声测量的AAO内径与术中实际采用的造影导管大小呈显著相关性。结论:行CAG前准确测量AAO,可为临床医师选择合适的造影导管提供重要的参考数据,能节省手术时间,减少消耗。Objective： To approach relations between Catheter model and Ultrasound measurement of aortic diameter in CAG. Methods：a retrospective analysis was conducted among 101 cases that underwent coronary angiography（CAG）,the inside diameter of AO and AAO near Side was measured truthful with echocardiography Preoperative. To contrast Ultrasound measurement and practical catheter model in CAG, and the correlation analysis. Result： The inside diameter of AAO with Ultrasound measurement and practical catheter model Preoperative had significant correlation. Conclusion： the AAO was measured truthful before CAG,whiehprovide useful reference data for clinician in chosing catheter model, not only saving operating time but also reducing consumption.
