六味地黄丸合并转移因子治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨六味地黄丸合并转移因子治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(Recurrent respiratory tract infec-fions,RRTI)的疗效。方法将64例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上,加服六味地黄丸、转移因子共3个月,观察疗效。结果总有效率:治疗组为94.1%,对照组56.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄丸合并转移因子治疗小儿RRTI疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effecive of Liuwei Dihuang pills combined with transfer factor in the treatment of RRTI.Methods 64 cases of RRTI were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group based on conventional therapy plus Liuwei Dihuang pillsand and transfer factor three months.Results The total effective rate was 94.1% in the treatment group,and 56.7% in the control group.There was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang pills combined with transfer factor in the treatment of RRTI should have a significant effect.
