摘　　要：基于GB/T 9652.1—2007标准关于"水流惯性时间常数Tw与机组惯性时间常数Ta的比值"的规定,提出了水轮发电机组惯性比率RI的概念,给出了不同的RI对应的动态过程仿真结果,并对其进行了简要的分析。阐述了不同类型水轮发电机组惯性比率、负荷动态以及空载扰动的特性。The concept of unit inertia ratio for h^dropower generating set is introduced based on the rule about ratio of water inertia time constant Tw and unit inertia time constant Ta of GB/T 9652. 1--2007 ＂Specifications of control systems for hydraulic turbines＂. It has given the dynamic process simulation result of hydraulic turbine regulating systems on different unit inertia ratios and has carried on the brief analysis. And the related load dynamics and load disturbances characteristic are described.
