摘　　要：在国内大坝安全自动化监测技术迅速发展的背景下,开发了工程监测离线分析和安全评估软件系统,介绍了该系统的功能及组成,并通过工程应用实例说明了该系统能使安全监测成果及时有效地发挥作用,切实为工程安全运行提供参考依据和决策支持。Off-line analysis software in engineering safety assessment system has been developed in the rapid development of domestic dam safety automatic monitoring technique. The function and composition of the software have been introduced. The software has already been applied to an actual project and the result shows that it can make safety monitoring information function timely and effectively to provide reference and decision support for the project operation safety.
