甘石冰脑洗剂对组胺及5-羟色胺所致大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘石冰脑洗剂对组胺及5-羟色胺所致大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性的影响。方法:30只大鼠分为3组,分别用生理盐水、炉甘石洗剂、甘石冰脑洗剂湿敷大鼠背部剪毛处1h,再分别注入磷酸组胺和5-羟色胺致炎,垂直切开皮损用722分光光度计620nm处测其滤液的光密度。结果:甘石冰脑洗剂可显著降低组胺及5一羟色胺所致大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性,与生理盐水比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),与炉甘石洗剂比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:甘石冰脑洗剂具有降低毛细血管通透性的作用。Objective： To study of the effect of Ganshi Bingnao Lotion on skin capillary permeability of rats induced by histamine and 5-HT.Method： 30 rats were divided into 3 groups,with wet packing on the location of shearing of fur on rats＇ back with normal saline,calamine lotion and Ganshi Bingnao Lotion respectively for 1h,and then they were injected histamine phosphate and 5-HT for causing inflamed.After that,the skin lesions were vertically cut and the optical density of the filtrate of the skin lesions were detected by 722 spectrophotometer at the point of 620nm.Result： Ganshi Bingnao Lotion could decrease skin capillary permeability of rats induced by histamine and 5-HT obviously.There was very significant difference in the effect between Ganshi Bingnao Lotion group and normal saline group（P〈0.01）.There was difference between Ganshi Bingnao Lotion group and calamine lotion group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Ganshi Bingnao Lotion has the effect of decreasing capillary permeability.
