除湿止痒软膏联合皮炎擦剂治疗颜面再发性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察除湿止痒软膏联合皮炎擦剂治疗颜面再发性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:85例随机分为两组,治疗组45例外涂皮炎擦剂和除湿止痒软膏、1日3次,对照组40例仅外涂除湿止痒软膏、1日3次,两组疗程均为7天。结果:痊愈率及愈显率治疗组分别为66.67%和93.33%、对照组为25.00%和70.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:除湿止痒软膏联合皮炎擦剂治疗颜面再发性皮炎效果显著。Objective：To explore the efficacy of combination of chushizhiyang ointment and dermatitis linimentum in treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis.Methods：Eighty five patients with facial recurrent dermatitis were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.Forty five patients in treatment group were smeared with dermatitis linimentum and chushizhiyang ointment three times a day and control group was smeared with chushizhiyang ointment three times a day only,the thearapy period was seven days for both groups.Results：The clinical cure rate and the effective rate in treatment group were 66.67% and 93.33%;and control group were 25.00% and 70.00%,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chushizhiyang ointment combinde with dermatitis linimentum could raise remarkable the curative effect.
