B超引导中药介入治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较多种方法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:90例共112膝关节随机分为3组,分别采用B超引导复方当归注射液介入治疗(治疗组),玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射(对照组Ⅰ),关节腔内注射(对照组Ⅱ)治疗。采用Leqeuesne的OA严重性和活动性指数评估法,治疗前和治疗结束后进行膝关节功能评分,5周后评定临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组与对照组Ⅰ比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组及对照组Ⅰ与对照组Ⅱ比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组Ⅱ。结论:B超引导下行复方当归注射液介入治疗是高效、准确、费用低廉的KOA诊断与治疗手段。Objective：More kinds of methods the clinical effect of treating knee osteoarthritis.Method：90 cases of osteoarthritis of the knee randomly divided into three groups,B-Ultrasound guiding chinese medicine treatment of intervening therapy（Treatment groups）,The acid sodium salt joints the injection（Contrast I）and Medicine joints the injection（Contrast II）,the three sort of treatment method for treatment. Five weeks assessment of the clinical effect.Conclusion：B-Ultrasound guiding chinese medicine treatment of intervening therapy is an efficient,accurate and low cost of the diagnosis and treatment measures koa.
