摘  要:目的:通过对外力打击兔颈动脉窦压力感受器后血液及组织中心房利钠肽(Atrial natriuretic polypeptide,ANP)变化的研究,探讨其在神经源性休克死亡中的意义。方法:采用放射免疫法检测血浆中ANP的变化,采用RT-PCR法及凝胶图像分析系统检测组织中ANP mRNA基因表达水平。结果:实验死亡组血浆ANP含量比实验前升高3.37倍,有显著性差异(P<0.01);死亡组与存活组、损伤对照组分别比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。颈动脉窦压力感受器受外界打击后脑、心肌组织中ANP mRNA表达明显增高,尤以脑中表达增加明显。结论:ANP在神经源性休克死亡过程中起着重要作用。Objective:To explore the significance of ANP in the death progress of neurogenic shock through the study of its alteration in blood and tissues of rabbits whose CSB were hit by using external mechanical force.Methods:ANP was detected by radioimmunological technique in blood serum,and the expression of ANP mRNA was detected by RT-PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis graph analysis system in tissues.Results:There was significant difference in blood ANP concentration before and after the experiment(P0.01).ANP was increased 3.37 times in death group.There was obvious difference in blood ANP level between death group,survival group and injury group after experiment(P0.01).There was significant difference in the expression of ANP mRNA in right auricle and brain between before and after experiment(P0.05),especially in brain.Conclusion:ANP plays a primary role in the death progress of neurogenic shock.
