紫外分光光度法测定黄芪总黄酮的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立黄芪总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定黄芪总黄酮。结果:总黄酮在0.025～0.5 mg范围内具有良好的线性关系(R=0.999 9),回收率为98.27%,相对标准偏差(Relative standard deviation,RSD)为0.27%。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、有效、灵敏、准确,具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为黄芪总黄酮含量的测定方法。Objective：To establish the determination method of total saponins in astragalus membranaceus.Methods：The content of total saponins was detected by UV Spectroscopy.Results：The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.025～0.5 mg（R=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 98.27% with RSD 0.27%.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid,efficient,sensitive,accurate,reproducibility and specificity,and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
