摘　　要：目的:建立复方维A酸脂质体中蒿酮的含量和包封率测定的高效液相色谱(High performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)法。方法:色谱柱:迪马Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(75∶25);检测波长:242 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:0.8 ml/min;进样量:10μl。结果:蒿酮在25.16～251.60μg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.53%,RSD为0.72%。结论:该方法简便快速、准确,具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为该制剂中蒿酮的定量分析方法。Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the content and entrapment efficiency determination of artemisia ketone in compound tretinoin liposome.Methods：The separation was carried out on a Dikma Kromasil C18 column（250 mm×4.6mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（75∶25）.The detective wavelength was set at 242 nm.The column temperature was 30℃.The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and the sample size was 10 μl.Results：The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 25.16～251.60 μg/ml（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.53%with RSD of 0.72%.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid,accurate and with good repeatability and recovery.It can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
