摘  要:采用激光直接金属烧结的方法,对单一316L不锈钢粉末进行一系列烧结实验。实验表明,在较低功率和较低的扫描速度下,无需粘结剂的辅助粉末也可以顺利的烧结成型且没有宏观的裂纹缺陷和明显的变形。阐述了单组分金属烧结成型的机理,讨论了烧结316L不锈钢粉末过程中出现的各种球化现象以及对烧结成型的影响,明确了单组分金属烧结的研究思路与进一步研究的方向。A series of experiments was done by using the direct laser sintering method. The powder used in the research was single-component 316L stainless powder. It was found that in the low laser powder and low scanning speed there was no need of binder the process of laser sintering also could be done. There was no macro-crack and evident deformation in the specimen. In this article the machanism of the single-component metal powder laser sintering process was analysed. The effect of the bailing phenomenon to the sintering process was studied. The further study direction was specificed in the next research experiments.
