摘 要:研究了在铁基凸轮烧结材料中添加稀土后,稀土对材料的组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入一定量的稀土可以提高烧结密度,促进材料致密化,细化试样晶粒,改善碳化物形状,提高材料的硬度和冲击韧度,改善试样的耐磨性。当稀土添加量为0.2%时,试样的综合力学性能最好,与未添加稀土试样相比,硬度提高了11%,冲击韧度提高了48%,耐磨性明显提高。Adding a certain amount of rare earth into ferrous cam sintering materials, the effects of rare earth on mierostructure and mechanical properties of the material were studied. The results show that, after adding a certain rare earth, the sintering density is improved; the dansification of the materials is promoted; the grains are fined; the shape of carbides is improved; the hardness and impact toughness is increased, and the abrasion resistance of the sample becomes better. The synthesized properties of the materials with 0.2% rare earth is best. Compared with the sample without RE, the hardness is increased by 11%, the impact ductility is increased by 48%, and the abrasion resistance increases significantly.
