摘 要:采用粉末冶金工艺,以纯金属粉末及普通工业磨料α-SiCP为原料、在空气气氛中采用液相烧结法制备了5vol%SiC颗粒增强锌铝基复合材料。结果表明:该复合材料的抗压强度、硬度和耐磨性均比相同工艺下制备的锌铝合金显著提高,磨损量远小于基体合金和铸造合金。这是因为该复合材料中形成了共析组织,且相界面增多,塑性变形抗力增大,硬质点数量增多。By powder metallurgy technique, Zn-Al matrix composite reinforced by 5vol% SiC particles was produced with pure metal powder and a-SiC particle by liquid phase sintering at atmosphere. The results show that the compressive strength, hardness and wear resistance of the sintered alloy reinforced by SiC particles are obviously higher than that of the matrix alloy produced with the same process. The wear magnitude is much less than that of Zn-Al alloy and casting alloy. The main reasons are the forming of eutectoid structure, the increase of the phase interfaces, the enhance of the plastic deformation resistance, as well as the increase of the hard particles.
