摘　　要：对脂筏标记蛋白flotillin-1的基因结构、蛋白结构及其生理功能进行了综述,旨在为进一步研究flotillin-1与某些神经系统疾病(如疯牛病等)的关系提供参考。This article reviews the structure of gene and protein of flotillin-1 confirmed as a marker protein of lipid raft and its physiological functions in order to provide references for study on the relationship between flotillin-1 and some neurodegenerative diseases.
